Your appointment reminders will be two business days before your appointment allowing you 24 hours to cancel without a fee, if needed. If you need to reschedule, cancel the appointment and then you can book another appointment online.

If you need to cancel a neuropsychological assessment appointment please give three days notice otherwise the full neuropsychological assessment fee will be charged to you.

NDIS PARTICIPANTS NEED PRE-APROVAL FROM PLAN MANAGERS BEFORE BOOKING NEUROPSYCHOLOCAL ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENTS, otherwise the psychologist has the discretion to reschedule / cancel the appointment if the plan manager will not pay for the assessment and report.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend an in-person consult;  you can have your appointment changed to a telehealth consult.
